Day 1
PostedToday was my first "post-baby" workout. I started my morning off with a chocolate shakeology (also a first) and it was okay. I think I might need to try the Greenberry though. I decided to start with Chalene Extreme circuit training. Today was burn circuit 1. It felt good. It got me sweating but was not too difficult.
I think I'm off to a pretty good start.
